I recently started having a problem with google not loading in both Firefox and Safari (I'm running 10.6.8). It started with google giving a script error (script cycling and stuck would you like to stop running the script?) when I clicked on links in google. Once I told the script to stop running the pages would load in a new tab. Since this continued for a couple of sites I decided to shut down the computer to see if that would solve the problem. Once I reopened Firefox google would load at all (either the search box or manual typing in the site address). All other computers on this network work with google and this computer doesn't work at coffee shops either. I have no idea what is happening does anyone have an idea of what to try? Tried: Uninstalling and reinstalling firefox Clearing history and cache Removing plug-ins that I didn't recognize (then removing all the plugins when that didn't fix it and have replaced the plugins)
