I can download Personas, but can't see them. where in the browser would they be visible?

Toolbar area, at both the top and bottom of the browser window.
Watch the video here - http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/ - the bottom toolbar persona decoration doesn't show too well in that video and it looks like some personas don't even have an image to decorate to bottom toolbar.
and is that for firefox mobile?
