Upon installation, Firefox 4 disabled my Arcsoft Down-loader due to a "compatibility" issue. I need this down-loader for my MP3 player. Is there a fix that doesn't require me to drop back to Firefox 3.6?

Did you check with Arcsoft about a compatibility update for Firefox 4?
