  1. Numbered list itemHave you tries using the ordinary version of firefox v3.6.13, instead of the EXPERIMENTAL BETA version 4 .
  2. I suggest you then try the usual troubleshooting methods with firefox 4 take particular note of the tips about problems after upgrading firefox in Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can, also if applicable look at Websites don't load - troubleshoot and fix error messages
  3. If other browsers work you could consider enquiring using alternative browsers, and asking the site if Firefox4 is supported.

Caps LockIf your keyboard and device supports the English Alphabet small letters rather than the BLOCK CAPITALS you may like to try using the ordinary letters, it is the Caps Lock button that usually turns this on and off.

To work around the issue until the root problem is solved:

  1. Install the UAControl add on (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/uacontrol/)
  2. Open the tool and add a site with the following information:

Site: <URL of Site that's causing problem here> Custom: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100722 Firefox/3.6.8

Please note that there might be an actual reason that FF4 is not supported yet. I personally have not encountered an issue, but your mileage may vary.
