Firefox 3.6.13 displays Taiwan Traditional Chinese during & after installation on a Simplified Chinese Windows XP laptop

  1. 1 - I downloaded both US English and Simplified Chinese localized installers and got the same result
  2. 2 - I have Windows run as a Virtualbox OSE virtual machine on a native Ubuntu, this confused Firefox about the locale perhaps?
