Beginning about two weeks ago, when Firefox, which is my default browser is used and I am in my hotmail account a number of problems occur: There is very slowed and lag time between messages I am typing before the letter and words appear on the screen; the system freezes and I have to repeatedly enter ctrl or ctrl, alt del to unfreeze; then the system began to suddenly exit hotmail and go directly to my desktop-on occasion following these sudden exits there would be a firefox crash, or plug in crash message. I followed the directions and updated the only two plug ins that showed as not current. Now the repeatedly slowed word recognition is more severe and there is greater frequency of sudden exit of hotmail and only on occassion is there a message-the message now is firefox exec error and twice oops firefox crashed. Other than when the message was plug in crash, the other messages have flashed across the screen at the instant firefox suddenly exits hotmail and there is no message to return to with a code etc When I return to hotmail the message I was composing on two occasions ended up in drafts and all the other messages I am in the midst of composing have been lost when this occurs. Please offer me any help you can-this is a very major problem thanks
