Here's a copy of the message I submitted to suppoort ticket to the sender of the videos which I could not open > As soon as I click to get into 45 traffic secrets, I see some text and > three grayed out video screens. On the top of my screen are the words > "Additional plugins are required to display all the media onthis page. > At the bottom left corner is the word 'Stopped' > > In the centre of each of the three blank screens is an icon looking like a battery with an arrow pointing down into it. Underneath are the words > 'Click here to download plugin' > When I click on this icon another windows pops up called 'Plugin Finder Service' > Next line 'Available Plugin Downloads' > > Under this "The following plugins are available > [tick box] ticked Windows Media Player 11 > and underneath on the right > Press 'next to install'. > When I do this I get a message No plugins were installed > Windows Media Player Not Available then {Manual Install option) > I tried the Manual Install, installed the plug in, and that didn't work > either.
