I have newest firefox beta, but i dont have that Firefox Button, Can i enable it somewhere? about:config or something?

On this same computer, but another account, there is that button, but on this user it wont showup

The Firefox button shows up when the menu bar is hidden. In the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the Menu Bar item to hide the menu bar.
