i have a droid with 2.2. it only says "droid" when i look in "about phone" to see the type. i have the one that slides with keyboard. when i click to download fiefox it says download unsuccessful. can u help me please?

Until the first beta of Firefox for Android is released you can download the latest nightly version for testing here: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-android-r7/
