I am being signed out of websites when I close firefox, even though I click "Keep me signed in", How do I fix this?

Websites that I'd like to stay signed into, like facebook, igoogle, and some forums that I belong to, I am signed out of when I close firefox and then open it again.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Websites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie that you must allow: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Exceptions"

Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Cookies" and the "Site Preferences" "Browser History"

Still doesn't work. When I want igoogle to load, I get the generic google homepage and have to sign in every time.
