My Address Bar search has changed from the Google default to Yahoo and the Reset option provided under Help doesn't work. If I had the exact value to enter, I believe I could circumvent the issue.

According to your troubleshooting info, that preference is already set to the default. Have you read the What to do when searches take you to the wrong search website article?
