White pixels/lines are appearing on youtube.

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I am getting white pixels/lines during youtube play back. There is only ever one at a time. I do not get it every time I watch a video. The lines move with the player if I move the browser.

I have tried: Updating Firefox/drivers Turning Hardware acceleration on/off Setting Firefox to use the dGPU Changing the Optimus mode

I am using Windows 11 and have a Legion 7i Pro Gen 8

I have uploaded an image that shows the line. The line appears in the grass on the right.
