App won't connect to internet even when given every permission on phone.

After installing firefox on my phone, tried to use, and got "unable to connect", tried a few fixes from other similar threads, but still nothing. Toggled with the https-only mode , dns of http. Even went to the app settings on my phone and gave it all permission and still nothing. Phone things: Name-Infinix HOT 50 Pro+ Model-Infinix X6880

Hi

As a first step, turn off mobile data and use a strong WiFi signal - are you able to connect?
