Firefox survey prompt on iOS- never opens survey and prompt isn’t going away.

The survey has been paused in the meanwhile however the issue seems to be this: support.mozilla.org/questions/1593530 — the app just freezes when it gets opened from background at that point, survey or not:(

If you switch away from it (and have it terminated by the system in the background most likely), does it work after starting again?

I am not getting any freezing just the infinite survey prompts. Thank you for turning that off. I use an iPhone 16 with iOS 26.5.2

Thanks, cool, that's definitely a device/OS that's being verified incl. different accessibility settings to be able to interact with the buttons and whatnot correctly, so this is not some corner case.

I don't have anything better now than, even if the screen worked for you… that the button to take the survey actually only ever seems to close the prompt and not start any survey anyways;) so you're not missing out much. (Folks will be looking into as to why, in the first place.) 🔮

(If anyone's comfortable sharing their logs to help understand what's going on, the earlier link via previous support thread points to a bug report that has the steps to pull the logs, they can be shared privately in an email if preferred.
