address bar results that appear before suggestions

when searching from the address bar (see picture) the first result (before firefox suggests) is not a bookmark and not history. what is it and how do i get rid of it? I want bookmarks to always be the first result. I just went through the library and it doesn't appear in history/bookmarks. thank you

Depends on what the item is. The redacting covers what might be the hint (the entries usually have an icon representing the action or library category where that match comes from).
