It used to be iOS 13.0 or 14.0 was the minimum however it appears you need iOS 17.0 or later to install Mozilla VPN now.

When you do subscribe to Mozilla VPN then you can get support by ticket at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-vpn however if you are not subscribed on your Mozilla Account then you will get redirected to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox
