Hello,

I am contacting you regarding a refund for my Mozilla VPN subscription.

I purchased the subscription, but Mozilla VPN is not available and does not function in my country. This means I have paid for a service that I cannot use at all. I believe I am entitled to a refund under your refund policy.

I would appreciate it if you could process a full refund to my original payment method as soon as possible. Please let me know what information you need from me to complete this request.
