Browser shows we have Windows 8 and 115ESR. However, we have Windows 11 and need to have latest version at 145 ESR to access several of our accounts.

The Firefox UserAgent you used to post this thread is Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0

The NT 6.2 is Windows 8.

If you are indeed using Windows 11 then perhaps you are for some reason running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode when there is no reason to. You need to uncheck the "[] Run this program is compatibility mode for"

https://www.howtogeek.com/how-to-run-old-software-in-compatibility-mode-on-windows-11/ https://www.minitool.com/news/how-to-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode.html

Once you do this then you should be able to download and install Firefox 145.0.2 Release or the Firefox 140.5.0esr from https://www.firefox.com/download/all/
