What Windows do you has as you appear to have Windows 8 ?

The Firefox UserAgent you used to post this thread was Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 as NT 6.2 is Windows 8.

If you are indeed running the old Windows 8 then you can download the current Firefox 115 ESR (115.29.0esr) at https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ as you pick 32-bit or 64-bit then language then click on the [Download ESR 115]

If you are indeed running Firefox on Windows 10 or 11 then you may be running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode for some reason. Firefox 115 ESR is being served to the eol Windows 7, 8, 8.1 users.

You need to uncheck the "Run the program in compatibility mode for as shown in guilds like https://www.minitool.com/news/how-to-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode.html

Then if you then do an internal Firefox update you may get served Firefox 140.4.0esr so if you want the current Firefox 144.0.2 Release then download it from https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-release/
