Yes, on their home page there is a log in area on the top, right side, I usually log in there but now get sent to the "secure sign up" page, they do NOT recognise me & if I try to fill that out with my current info, they tell me to use another user name or password as that is already in use. Not anymore, I can't use my log in info any longer. I've never had problems logging in until about a week or so ago. Something Firefox did has made it impossible for me to log in. I also changed my security from "Custom" to " standard" when it seems it was Firefox that was the problem & perhaps something in my security settings was the problem, nope it wasn't.
Hi Sheila, I would recommend you use the Edge browser to access your bank's website. Then let us know if using that browser was successful to login. It could be your bank's website has made a change that stops Firefox from logging in. It could be a new issue introduced by Firefox as well. But we have no way to test your bank's site since we don't have an account there. We'll be watching very closely for any more reports for not being able to login to Rogue Credit Union bank or any other bank.
The Edge browser should already be installed by default on Windows 11. Video on the location of the Edge browser: https://youtu.be/RHzIHvwSN3g?t=20s
If not, you can download it from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/download
And what I always recommend to people who are experiencing extremely strange problems when trying to login to a important site to check their bank accounts or file taxes or pay bills/credit cards is to use whatever other internet browser you have to get these important tasks done. You do not have to force yourself to use Firefox when it is not working properly. Troubleshooting these issues can take up a lot of time & you should always focus on using whatever gets you immediate access without additional issues.
Finding what's causing this bank login issue will take time. So we'll be looking for any other cases of this and update you in this thread. Then we can hopefully narrow down if this is a Rogue CU bank problem or a Firefox problem and give you clear steps on how to fix it. Until then, please continue using the Edge browser to access your bank account as we do not want you to lose access to it.
I opened that stinking "Edge" but it WAS blocked BY MALWAREBITES for it's ADS! I don't like edge, it's full of CRAP, I PREFER the Firefox browser. If this continues for too long, I will be FORCED TO CHANGE BANKS & I don't want to be FORCED into that either because I could run into the SAME DAM PROBLEM, CAN'T LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT! Someone, somewhere must know what the problem is & how to fix it because so far, I CAN'T. I sent another complaint to my bank about how I am no longer recognised & keep getting kicked back to "secure sign up". I cannot open a "new" account with my current info & I do not want another account I cannot access. The bank did send me some "snail mail" about my account so I can PAY my credit card bill so I think it now knows I cannot log into my account any longer. Thank you for your responce, I'll try to be paitent I cannot use "Edge", I know I could override the blockage but would rather not, Edge is CRAP.
Here is another thing to check:
Firefox's "Total Cookie Protection" feature limits how sites can use "third party" or "cross-site" cookies, meaning cookies from different websites than the one you see in the address bar. Some bank sites pass you back and forth between different servers during login or using different parts of their sites because they have their services spread out over a number of different servers. In those cases, you might be able to submit a form successfully on one page and then the next page says you are not logged in. Frustrating!
You can make exceptions to this feature when needed (for each server that you visit as part of the process of using this company's services). Try clicking the shield icon at the left end of the address bar (next to the lock). On the drop-down, click the blue slider switch to disable protection. Repeat on the site's other servers as you encounter them.

Any difference?
