CSS @media not rendering in Firefox/Android

more options

When I view my Wordpress website on Firefox/Android, the CSS @media changes are not rendered. The change is simply moving the text from the top of the screen (where it is on the desktop Firefox) to the bottom of the screen (in the phone app). - Delete data when exit is checked in the Firefox phone app. - I also go into the Firefox phone app browser settings and clear the data manually. - I go into Settings > Apps on my phone to the Firefox app and clear the cache there as well. Yet, when I launch Firefox again and view the website, no changes occur. I have done this several times and still the changes do not occur. What is wrong here? Why doesn't Firefox/Android make the changes?

Hi David

Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox for Android?

No extentions, no ad-ons.

What @media rule are you using to detect that it is a mobile browser?

Note: when sharing code here, please use a <pre> before the code and </pre> after the code to avoid very messed up formatting.
