Is there any update on this issue. Do I just need to download a different browser and stop using Firefox?

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers.

I thought that I might have been posting my question in the wrong forum section. Didn't mean to duplicate your efforts.
I followed the steps you outlined to list the crash reports. There was only 2 old reports in the modified folder. Each time I entered info in the crash reports box, it failed to submit, so there is nothing new there.
