I have spent the past month trying to get things done on the web and on every site I have encountered something that failed to work properly. In your case the "Mark It As Solved" button on you emails doesn't work. So even though my issues were resolved (Not by your help), I can't tell you that.

Yes, other user are complaining about the mark as resolved button. Let me open a question and see if I can mark it as resolved.
