To select all options? I think you do ment the keyboard layout or functions ,when posting to us?

To start up in safe modus for Thunderbird . https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-mode-thunderbird In that mode it is possible to check if there were some no good add ons in that list. It is good to do that startup in that safe troubleshoot modus if some short cuts or add ons ain’t behaving it is a good way to solve with that. Choose for the bad add ons by pressing on them and then choose to delete them. Some keyboard function s that ain’t working there ?I hope that they also are on that list of repair of use with safe modus. Or you might click on some keys on that keyboard that might be blocked somehow. Ctrl+A is ment for short cuts/keys you ve got to unlock these function for it to go further with that typing board. Or did you ment something else in that post to us you Thunderbird?

Are all menu bar’s visible can I ask. If you can t select email in the folders? Pressing Ctrl~A is not working add ons are deleted and updated reinstalled or configured in a another way and that is still not working try to use the repair folder option. Choose the damaged folder or that mail folder that is there that you might have to repair somehow. Because there ain’t option s to choose for to select all those features as you had text us . Choose properties then scroll to the general navigation tab. And finally choose for that option to repair the folder. And follow all these instructions to solve the issue.
