Dick, I had a similar problem last night when I signed into Netflix and got an error message from them. I wish I could remember the complete message but basically it stated that some streaming platforms had installed a new function allowing them to track the user and ensure it was the actual user or something like that. At the top of my Firefox browser was a drop-down button to install the update. Clicked it and everything worked fine after that. Now I wish I had copied that Netflix error page. Positive you're having the same issue. Search the web about new function streaming services are using.
