This Fakespot extension is for desktop Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/fakespot-fake-reviews-amazon/ while this one is for Android Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/android/addon/fakespot-fake-reviews-amazon/

There are no Firefox extensions for Firefox on iOS/iPadOS. Due to Apple's restrictions the web browsers on iOS/iPadOS are basically a wrapper for webkit. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-ons-firefox-ios
