When I copied Firefox from Windows 10 to a new windows 11 pc via PCMover 2 pro, none of my many saved tabs copied.

Not to rely on that app to move tabs to the new computer. Use Sync, see this thread. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1505601#answer-1725290 Then you can see and send tabs between devices and versions of Firefox.
