What happens when you try to start Firefox? For example:
- The OS displays a message (what does the message say?)
- Firefox only loads far enough to show an empty frame
- A (Windows) Taskbar button appears, but clicking it doesn't display a window
- Nothing visible occurs
Was there a specific error when you tried the Refresh button?
