Hello, I'm having problems running the Synology C2 Password extension in Firefox and the Synology support engineer wants me to send them a "System Diagnostic Log". In detail, they asked me to do the following: 1. Launch Support Center on your device. 2. Go to Support Services. 3. Click Generate Logs. Is this something you do in Firefox, or is this generated by the computer operating system? I'm running a MacBook Pro with macOS Big Sur 11.5.2 and Firefox Version 136.0.4. That isn't a Firefox browser issue their tech should've given you instructions as what to do. That is their program.
