Which version of Mozilla Firefox or Firefox ESR are you referring to.

If Firefox 128.8.0esr then see https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-esr/

If you are referring to the older Firefox 115 ESR (currentlt at 115.21.0esr) being updated for the EOL Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 OS users in mind then see https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/115.21.0esr/
