Firefox navigation - especially last tab used

I use Firefox in Linux and Windows. On Linux I can quickly and easily go to the last tab used by typing ctrl-tab (it even allows me to go to the 5 tabs used before the last one used).

How do I do this in Firefox on Windows? Nothing I've tried seems to work.

Sorry, ctrl-tab is working now!! Never worked before! I don't understand it. It's a mystery!
