Problem viewing Apple menu bar

My upper Apple menu is not visible unless I move the cursor up to the top of screen. This is the menu bar which includes the File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Window, Help, icons and clock. I can't find how to correct this.

You need to provide screenshot of the error for others with mac and Firefox browser to verify what your seeing.
