To not be affected by this you need Firefox 128 or later or Firefox 115.13.0esr or later (as 115.20.0esr is the current 115esr). https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/root-certificate-expiration

You appear to have the a old Ubuntu package build of Firefox 113.0 installed
