Is this a problem with the Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel), or their online versions? If the problem is using the online versions in Firefox, could you describe the problem in more detail? Is there a specific error message?

Excel shows up on the screen, click on it and it comes up, can revise and print documents. Word does not appear, can't get into Word to find old Word documents or to type new ones.

On your computer, try using the Windows start menu or search box to search for Word or winword to check whether the program is still installed.
