What happens when you try to sync? Is there any error message?

Is your data still on your other device?

I have the same problem. Each time I try to sync it gives me an error message and says to try again later. I have tried multiple times and had no success. I have been getting this message for multiple days. All the data on my first device is still there and not changed. But it is just not syncing.
