On the Dallas Theological Seminary site, only this site, suddenly I'm unable to login - it doesn't recognize my password. Nor will it allow me to make a donation. I complete the donation form and it just keeps going round and round "processing" but never does it. I cleared my cache, re-started my laptop, made sure Win 11 is updated, still same problem. I did not try disabling extensions because they haven't changed in a long time. I opened it in incognito window and was able to login and make donation there. However I could not log in to my Gmail account from there. I went to a different laptop that runs Opera browser and logged into DTS just fine. This problem just started. Until recently I had no trouble with this site.

Chosen solution

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock,NoScript,DuckDuckGo PE,Disconnect,Ghostery,uBlock Origin,Malwarebytes), always make sure such extensions do not block content.

You can check for issues with Enhanced Tracking Protection and Total Cookie Protection. Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content.

  • click the shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection

You can check the Web Console for relevant-looking messages like about blocked content.

Without a screenshot of the error or report error to post or send back to Firefox devs to see what happened this will be hard to know since this is a registered login account.

cor-el, Thank you!I I turned off protections for that site on the Malwarebytes and DuckDuckGo browser guard extensions and that solved the problem. I'm still confused as to why it never was a problem until now as I've always had those extensions. I guess they update their protections which I should be happy about. Thanks again, Fran
