What does that mean? Show us what you're seeing. What OS? What version of Firefox?

Used Firefox v136.4 to log in to Rocket Mortgage today (4/1/25) and schedule mortgage payment as I've done without issue for the last 6 years. No problems until logout; clicked 'sign out', account would not close. Just a constantly revolving circle. Could not find any way to get the account to close.

Closed tab, closed browser, logging off, rebooting, logging on, opening Firefox, cleared cache for last hour, updated to v137, opened Rocket email acknowledging scheduled payment, clicked link to 'Payment Processing', Firefox opened and went straight into my Rocket account, no password, no MFA. Clicked 'sign out', account still would not close. Same constantly revolving circle.

Started chat session, eventually got to a security tech who suggested trying a Firefox private window or using Chrome. Firefox Private Window led to 'Unsupported browser' page (which listed Firefox as supported). Closed that. Opened Chrome, paste/go Rocket URL, opened login page, entered email & p/w, account opened without MFA. Clicked 'sign out', account closed w/ no issues.

Opened Firefox again to see if account showed as closed. Went to Rocket Mortgage site, had to provide email, p/w and MFA to login this time. 'Sign out' still would not close the account. Started another chat session, got to another security tech who I asked "my Rocket mortgage account is sitting open online and Rocket cannot close that session? is that correct?" and tech said That is correct.

I asked "Is there someone else I can speak to about this because that is unacceptable." Tech said, Have you tried to report the issue to Firefox? They have a support site where you can report."

So here I am.
