i have a Dell desktop with Microsoft 11. This year i have not been able to sign on to Citibank online banking. Has something changed with Firefox. I can sign on with IPad Safari.

Hi Vphilan, Thank you for your report. We haven't seen any other reports of Citibank online banking not working but we would like to fix this issue for you.
Could you please check and report back on:
1. what version of Firefox are you running? On the menu bar, click the Firefox menu and select About Firefox. The About Firefox window will appear. The version number is listed underneath the Firefox name. More directions if needed are available here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/find-what-version-firefox-you-are-using
2. Please check in Firefox -> Settings -> Privacy and Security, what is the level setting of 'Enhanced Tracking Protection'. If it is anything other than 'Standard', please try setting it to 'Standard' and see if that fixes the problem.
3. Do you have any Firefox extensions that could be creating issues with the site, such as Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin ? You can check which extensions you have installed in "3-bar" menu button on the right side of Firefox browser or Tools -> Add-ons and Themes -> Extensions. You can try disabling any privacy-blocking extension that could be a suspect to causing this issue.
