Afternoon to all, Please may I have some help? Years ago I had on my old laptop Mozilla that my husband (sadly passed away) had installed for me. I wish to have Mozilla again, but I can't seem to get it on new tablet/phone as is says *I already have an account* I can get no further and stuck as dont remember my password etc...HELP PLEASE. I don't know if I can assist or not. Please share more information. My understanding is that Thunderbird does not run on tablets or phones, so I am confused about that statement, and also curious where you are receiving the message about having an account. My inference is that you are not attempting to install on a desktop or laptop..
