I've attached a translation. It says you haven't defined a default email client, which is necessary to perform the action (which is?). Set TB as the default mail client in Windows Settings, and also in TB Settings/General, System Integration, Check Now... But if that has already been done, there is another possibility:

If you're trying to email a picture or document from another app, check if the app is 32 or 64 bit, since if it's 32-bit, TB must also be 32-bit. The default TB install is 64-bit.
