Hi All, I'm using Thunderbird to manage Apple and Outlook emails. When I logged in this morning all my folders under the apple ID have disappeared. They still exist in webmail but not in the program. Cant work how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Andrew

This is simply an inability to receive messages from your provider under an IMAP protocol account. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cannot-receive-messages

Thanks for the reply Matt... but I'm not sure how to fix it. I clicked the link you sent but the answers don't seem to match the problem. Not an IT wizz. Any suggestions?

The folders are gone in outlook as well. not sure what I'm missing
