Although I have read that Firefox version 128 (which I have) has the translation feature, I can’t see it.

I believe the translation feature is only available for the (desktop) Firefox on Windows, Linux and macOS and Firefox for Android but not for Firefox on iOS/iPadOS (iPhone/iPad).
