I had my homepage setup on my old phone with firefox and the Ustart homepage but when I tried to do the same thing on my new phone There is no place to enter it like the used to be

Three dots > settings > Homepage. But from what I know you can not set up certain page to be opened automatically after Firefox open. In Desktop(PC) you can but in mobile(Android) you can not.
