Change the update channel from beta to stable without losing anything

Hello everyone I have always used Mozilla Thunderbird, but in the last year I have switched to the beta update channel to get first fixes that fix any bugs. Now I would like to return to the stable update channel without losing accounts, messages, etc ... Is there any way to do this correctly? I am using Mozilla Thunderbird 105 beta 1 released August 24, 2022 and the latest stable should be version 102.2.0 released August 23, 2022 Thanks to everyone for any suggestions Frank
