Firefox vers 91.10esr(64bit):-"cannot load M3U8:levelLoadTimeOut"
Hi!, recently i have been having this browsing problem whenever I open the news website at https://www.cgtn.com/channel/documentary. The site wont load and error is shown- "cannot load M3U8:levelLoadTimeOut". Have tried numerous times but failed to load. However other web sites have no problem and prior to this I am able to surf at all times. What must I do to get back the browsing? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Try downloading Firefox from Mozilla, run it from the folder and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

Make sure you have the latest FFmpeg and libavcodec packages installed.
Thanks for helping out. sorry for the delay to reply -immediately I tried to reply directly but the page is always unresponsive. Unfortunately the problem still persists. I have uninstall and reinstalled Firefox with the latest version 102.0 Also I have tried with Brave browser- this browser too have the same problem. Now I am confuse and do not know what to do. (Note: I am a novice beginner to Linux -having moved from Windows and have limited knowledge on Linux) Thanks for helping.
Did you download Firefox from Mozilla? Once you extract, look for firefox.bin to run. see screenshot
Actually, it is not firefox.bin, but the firefox file that you need to start.
Do you get messages and warnings if you start Firefox via a terminal window ?
