I want to move my email from a virtual windows 7 install to a virtual windows 11 install. I've read all the preprinted directions on-line, watched YouTube videos for doing this but nothing works and I've done this many many times. I'll donate $30 to Mozilla if someone will walk me though the steps. Thanks

I've never had problems with these basic steps: 1. install TB on receiving PC but do NOT run. 2. copy profile from sending PC. copy from c:\users\(yourid)\appdata\roaming\thunderbird 3. save folder to same location on receiving pc. Userid may be different. You may be prompted for overwrite. 4. start TB on receiving PC
