Hi, do you mean on your Android device, or on your Windows computer?

On Android, when you tap the little square with the number of tabs, you can switch between regular, private, and sync'd. Choose the private list to open a new private tab.

On Windows, you should be able to press Ctrl+Shift+P to open a new private window. That doesn't do anything? Have you tried other methods?
