I am highly distractable by screen movements of any kind, and prefer that nothing on my screen moves unless I ask it to--no autoplay or running ribbons of text or even slideshows with pictures slipping past each other unless I specifically click to make something move. But none of the adjustments I've found in about:config have stopped the snowflakes that drift down across the screen on

during December. I'd like to stop them in my viewing but not be the killjoy that demands they be taken down for everyone, because lots of people actually like them.

Any suggestions on what setting to tweak for this?

Also happening on 94.0.2. I tried a bookmarklet which usually stops such nonsense but it was ineffective.

Thank you! That's clearly *what* it is.....but is there a way to tweak my FF settings to keep it from autoplaying? It's not a video or a gif....

Thanks! Setting the main site to 'default' killed the snowflakes, and I can still see the stuff I want to.
