Is it possible to transfer passwords from safari to lockwise?

You would have to export the Safari passwords to a CSV file and import this file in Lockwise or otherwise import personal data from Safari in Firefox.

See the note at the bottom of this article about how to enable import CSV in Lockwise via the about:config page.

Note that the Lockwise app for mobile devices will be discontinued in a few weeks.
