Your site for help for thunderbird has incorrect information about how to access passwords. It says "Click on the Tools Menu and then select Options" or "click on the menu bar and then select "Options". There is, however, no choice for "Options" fro either of those choices. It turns out that the proper choice is not "Options", but "Preferences| Privacy and Security". You need to have people regular checking what you say on your help pages to make sure they are up to date.

There are a lot of pages needing updating because there has been a lot of changes in recent versions. So much has occurred between 68 and 78 and 91, it's not possible to keep up with it, so there is a tendency to wait until all the changes have occurred.

Those Articles get updated mainly by volunteers offering their free time and cannot update until the new releases are available. It basically means the Articles are frequently behind when the design etc gets major updates. Hopefully, they will get on top of them eventually, but there are a lot of Help Articles.
